Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Buyer’s remorse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the item and its packaging

Our support team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Non-Refundable Add-Ons

Any optional services purchased at checkout, including:

  • Priority Replacement Service
  • Shipping Protection

are non-refundable once an order has been placed, regardless of whether the order has shipped, been delivered, returned, or a claim has been submitted.

These services become active immediately after purchase and therefore cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered if the item received is confirmed to be:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Bun & Bark is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Events outside our control
